Nikki is extremely competent, very organized and has a communication style that never has you wondering what is happening next. She skillfully navigated a multi-offer situation and had the foresight to put in place a contingency offer, which was ultimately needed. Nikki was a joy to work with and was instrumental in closing our complex deal.

Do what she tells you. Sometimes we think we know better, but Nikki is very good at this. I’m glad we put our home in her hands. In a weird and changing market, she got our home sold, and it was fairly smooth the whole time. Can’t recommend her enough.

First, she listened carefully and got a really good understanding of what, approximately, we were looking for. Then she went out and found a home (still under construction) that was exactly what we wanted. Once we had a contract on that house, we needed to sell our current home and asked her to help with that as well. Again, she did an amazing job. With her help, we sold our current home for more than we expected or were asking for. She continues to check in with you every step of the way to make sure everything is happening according to schedule and there is nothing you don't know about and understand. If you are the buyer she works to get the best possible deal she can from the seller. And, if you are the seller, she works with the buyers and their agents to insure the best possible deal for you. I doubt if you can find a better agent to work with in New Mexico whether you are a buyer or a seller.

We’ve worked with a number of realtors and Nikki is by far the best one we’ve interacted with, now having both bought and sold property with her. She is always easy to communicate with-you never feel like you’re a bother even with little questions, and she always responds in a reasonable amount of time. She is very prepared, detail oriented, organized, and makes sure that you understand everything that’s happening. When some bumps came up in our transaction she went above and beyond the call of duty. We highly recommend Nikki for any real estate needs you may have.
